- Creditcard/ Personal Loans and Credit Contracts your rights and responsibilities.
- Debt Recovery Process and your rights.
- Budgeting and managing your money.
- Financial Hardship Options in negotiating with a Creditor.
Financial Counsellors are trained, experienced professionals having the required skills and knowledge of consumer and financial issues to conduct community education.
