Homeswest and Private Residential Tenancy issues – Financial Counsellors may be able to assist with overcoming Homeswest and Private Tenancy issues such as breach notices, bond disputes, rent payment arrears and notices of termination. Financial Counsellors can explain your rights and responsibilities with these issues and support you or through advocating on your behalf to the landlord.
